Kitsap Clean is now offering cleaning services for owners of vacation rentals on Bainbridge Island and Northern Kitsap county (AirBnB’s, VRBO’s and similar). Unlike our regular cleaning service, we have a team of cleaners who can also service these rentals on weekends as well as weekdays.
Some of the benefits of hiring us as your vacation rental cleaning provider includes:
- Text messages sent at the start and finish of every cleaning, so you can keep track of our cleaning teams and make sure your vacation rental is ready when the next guests arrive.
- For each vacation rental we service, we create a binder with photos and instructions in it for our cleaning team. This way our team can easily see how you like to have presentation elements done (how beds should look, toiletries should be displayed, etc.)
- Reliable and professional service. Our teams will be wearing uniforms, bring their own equipment, and we can be relied upon to make sure your property is cleaned as scheduled! Our vacation rentals consistently get positive reviews for their level of cleanliness (ask our office manager for more information).
VACATION RENTAL CLEANING RATES
We know every rental is a bit unique, but as a rough estimate, our rates are as follows:
- Studios – $135
- One Bedrooms – $165
- Two Bedrooms – $185
- Three Bedrooms – $205
There is a $10 surcharge per load if laundry service is needed as well (sheets, towels, etc.).
Most of our vacation rental clients add our cleaning fees to their listings, so the charges are included in the vacation rental price.
For homes that have just been listed as vacation rentals, we may need to do an initial, one-time “Deep Clean” before we can apply the vacation rental pricing.
