At Kitsap Clean we try to be as transparent as possible with our pricing, and we do not require home visits in order to receive a quote or to book most of our services. We accept payment by check, cash and credit card. Payment is due on the day of service.
Our pricing below reflects the time ordinarily spent for most of our customers booking these packages. However, if upon arrival to your home, we realize the package you have booked is incorrect – or that significantly more time will be needed to clean to the level you have requested – we will contact you immediately.
We find that square footage is one of the best way to estimate the time it will take to clean your home. If you are uncertain what the square footage of your home is, you can often search your home’s address at Zillow to find out.
Deep Clean Packages
If you are new to Kitsap Clean or haven’t had a professional cleaning service visit your home in the past month, this is the service level you will need to book (with exceptions for our Moving Clean package – see below). After your first Deep Clean package, you can then book regularly scheduled maintenance cleans on a weekly/bi-weekly or monthly basis.

* Total cleaning hours. For deep cleans, we usually clean in a team of three to four, so the actual time we spend at your home will be the total number of cleaning hours divided by number of cleaning technicians on the team. Most cleaning appointments need between 4-5 hours for a deep clean. If the maximum number of hours allocated for the clean have not allowed for completion of the job, we will let you know before any additional charges are incurred. Additional cleaning time can be purchased at $40/cleaning hour.

Moving Clean Packages
Let us help you get your deposit back! This deep cleaning package is for those moving out or into to a new home and need the home thoroughly cleaned. This cleaning package assumes the house will be empty (including cabinets and drawers) and everything will be easily accessible to clean. You do not need to have had a deep clean package done by us prior to this service.
Important Note!: Because we don’t use heavy aerosols like “Easy Off” for oven cleaning (we only use environmentally friendly cleaning products), interior oven cleaning is NOT included in our moving cleanings. We find it nearly impossible to remove long standing baked on grease with our products without overnight soaking. However, if your oven has a self-cleaning cycle you run before we arrive, we will gladly clean up any ash left over from that cycle (please let us know). Also, we will clean the interior door/window as best as possible as well as the exterior of the stove and oven.
